Heat-exchange skid

Core function: To perform heat exchange between two media for heating or cooling purposes. Main components: Plate / shell-and-tube heat exchanger, circulation pump, filter, temperature control valve, pressure gauge, temperature sensor, control system, base frame.

Working principle: Heat cold water / process media with high-temperature heat sources (steam, high-temperature thermal oil, hot process water); or cool high-temperature materials by cooling water.

Examples: Incoming steam heats tap water into process hot water or heating hot water; it can also cool high‑temperature process fluid down to the required process temperature.

Features: Only heat transfer occurs with no contact between media. Primary and secondary sides are fully isolated. Equipped with automatic temperature regulation, the outlet water temperature can be stably set.

Typical applications: Plant-wide heat supply, process medium cooling / heating, heat-exchange station as an alternative to conventional split heat-exchange units.
